1. Who we are
The website and waitlist are operated by Report AI 365 (“Report AI 365”, “we”, “us”).
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@reportai365.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Waitlist sign-up: your work email address. If the form asks for them, also your name, company name, job role and country.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through a contact link.
Information collected automatically
- Referral information: if you arrive through someone’s referral link, the referral code in that link, so we can credit the person who referred you. Your browser keeps this code in local storage until you sign up.
- Usage information: pages visited, the referring website, approximate location (country or city, derived from your IP address), browser and device type. We collect this through privacy-focused website analytics that do not use cookies.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not collect payment details on this website.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards that applicable law allows. These include the provider’s data protection terms and, where relevant, standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authority.
5. How long we keep it
| Data | How long |

| Server logs | Up to 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security issue |
If you become a customer, a separate customer privacy notice will apply to your account.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- ask us to send it to you or another organisation in a portable format; and
- withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email support@reportai365.com. We will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
To leave the waitlist or stop emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or email us.
You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the UAE this is the UAE Data Office. In Saudi Arabia it is the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). In the EU or UK it is the authority in your country. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
These rights apply under the laws that govern us, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and, for visitors in the EU or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
8. Security
We use HTTPS across the site and limit access to waitlist data to the people who need it. We choose providers with recognised security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authority of a breach where the law requires.
9. Children
This website and waitlist are for businesses and professionals. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete their details.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change, and always before the product launches. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell waitlist members by email.
